HOW TO MAKE A HEALTHY LIFE (BODY AND MIND)?

- Body: from morning, the most ideal activity is a little bit jog or some morning gym exercise. Eat some fruits before u have ur breakfast/lunch/dinner at least half an hour before. Take a nap around 12.30 after lunch to refresh ur brain
Mind: go find amusing activity every weekend or at least once a week to release burden from the last week - Identity: Doctor

I said this is beautiful because not just the graphic, the allignment and composition also very good. Nice graphic combined with enough white spaces.
As expected from apple. SIMPLE yet neat and attractive. Not many things displayed in 1 pages, each pages contain each category. Balance between images and text.
A unique design, with 2 kind of background, black and graphic. And the graphic here is a collage between vector, handrawn, and photography. And also the composition is neat
Another different design then others, i supposed these are using flash. This is more to like schematic view, like back in London.
